Quality policy: Our philosophy
Quality is the top priority for the testing laboratory of Würth Industrie Service. This means to meet and preferably exceed the requirements and expectations of our customers and legislative or normative third parties with regard to our services.
The services cover a wide range of tasks, which are constantly adapted to the requirements of our customers in order to continually fulfil them.
However, the word quality stands not only for the quality of a service delivered to an external or internal customer, but also for the quality of business activities. Process quality describes how effectively and reproducibly work is carried out in order to achieve the set goals.
The laboratory management is committed to impartiality, good professional practice and high quality standards for tests to be carried out for customers. The laboratory management is also committed to comply with, update and optimise the test procedures. The continuous improvement and implementation of the management system, introduced in the laboratory in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, is a matter of course. Our employees live and represent these values and constantly put them into practice in their day-to-day work.
For the laboratory management of the Würth Industrie Service’s testing laboratory, however, people and communication are the most important building blocks of quality. That is why it is important to us to cater to colleagues individually. One of the most important tasks of laboratory management is therefore to discover the individual strengths and potential for improvement of each employee and to promote these in a targeted manner
